About the event

Hey, friends and kindred spirits!   We are getting together to do the things we love to do: making music and movement and art outdoors, safely, on beautiful summer evenings in Boulder.  Would you like to join us?!?  Let's co-create the ways we can gather safely and beautifully through this pandemic.

-- Merlyn Holmes, James Hoskins, Mark Miller, Bill McCrossen, and Brian Mullins, members and friends of Creativity Alive's "Mmmwhah! Ensemble"

Music & Movement Meditations with Creativity Alive

Nature has been such a source of solace for us during these times. We've been hearing its song / feeling its dance coming up from the ground through us, stronger than ever.  It sometimes feels as though the shakuhachi flute and ngoni African harp are carrying music from the depths of the earth's womb and the heavens above. Come listen to their song, to earth's song through them.  Let them move us in new ways through these new times, and help us connect even more deeply with the stillness, the strength, the song that we may need through the winter.  Let's nourish ourselves deeply while the weather is good.

Live music, in-person, outdoors, with mmmwhahsome friends and generous physical distancing to keep each other and our beloved community exquisitely safe.

Hosted by Merlyn Holmes, founder and vision keeper for Creativity Alive:

Music by: Sounds of nature: birds, trees, wind, passersby, children playing, sirens in the background... Mark Miller on shakuhachi & Bill McCrossen on ngoni, and other wondrous instruments

Limited capacity. Please RSVP soon.

Gorgeous outdoor Boulder locations, updates, and rain dates to be emailed only to those who RSVP.

Suggested Donations $20-$30 to keep Merlyn, Creativity Alive and our Mmmwhahsome musicians afloat. Cash, PayPal.me/MerlynHolmes, checks payable to Creativity Alive. Consider the value this brings to you:  Where else can we come together to make this kind of magic in these times?
